Until then (late Summer 2025 we hope), we suggest the early internet throwback method of bookmarking your favorite farm in your browser. This video reminds you how.

Prices shown for whole or partial animals are expressed as either a price per portion (1/4, 1/2 or whole) or per pound (a typical quarter side weighs an average of approximately 192 lbs but can vary). Please use the chat function to communicate directly with your farmer to answer any questions about the total weight of meat and the cuts you should expect from your order.
