Your customer is not able to checkout until s/he has communicated with you and confirmed the payment terms and delivery logistics. Once you’ve confirmed those logistics through the chat and your customer checks out, an order will appear under the “Orders” menu item on the left side of your dashboard. Click on that menu item and then the button for recent orders on the right side of the page. Then click on the “Complete Delivery” button next to any unfulfilled orders that appear in the window to confirm the transaction. This video tutorial shows how it’s done.
